Smoothie Base:

200ml (1 cup) unsweetened oat milk 

80g (½ cup) deep-frozen blueberries 

80g (½ cup) deep-frozen cherries

80g (½ cup) deep-frozen strawberries

1 tbsp acai powder (optional)

3-4 ice cubes 

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 date 

Toppings:

2 tbsp fresh mixed berries of your choice

1 tsp chopped hazelnuts

1 tsp chia seeds


 

Instructions

Give the oat milk, the fruits, the acai powder, the lemon juice, the date, and the ice-cubes the blender.

Blend until smooth. If it is too sticky, just add some water.

Fill the cream in a bowl and arrange the fruits, hazelnuts, and chia seeds on top.
