80g (1/3 cup) unsweetened soy yoghurt 

100g (½ cup) deep-frozen strawberries

1 deep-frozen banana in slices

1 tsp honey/maple syrup

Toppings:

1 tsp chopped almonds

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ banana in slices

3 strawberries in slices 

Instructions

Give the oat milk, the yoghurt, and the fruits in the blender, add some honey/syrup and blend until smooth.
