Violet is a real trend colour. With fresh berries and acai powder, this violet chia smoothie bowl gets an intense colour and tastes both sweet and wonderfully refreshing. Especially in summer, we love recipes with red and purple fruits, which not only look great but are also real all-rounders in terms of taste: whether in soft cupcakes, fresh detox waters, or this delicious smoothie bowl. If you want to bring variation to this bowl to maybe make it more autumnal, then try to replace the berries with plums and top your bowl with banana slices. This change will be perfect for the cosier season.
